Has any1 had to return HR10 w/HR20 swap-out?

I'm having my HR10 swapped-out w/the new HR20 and I'm wondering if they are going to actually take my old HR10.

They said they were gonna swap mine out when I called retention to get the free HR20. The first person I talked to said I would get a return shipping box. Later someone there said the installer would take it. The installer said he didn't see anything on the order about taking it and I never received a return shipping box. It's a good thing too because I am only using the HR10 now (until they work out more of the bugs and enable the OTA on the HR20)

If it's leased and you want to keep it activated, you can keep it. If you own it you keep it , activated or not.
