I moved my dish, getting 96, so GREAT

Noticed my box, right out of the box, is at 6.00

How/when does it upgrade to 6.20?

Should I call VOOM?

Turn the power off tonight (leave power cord connected) and it will download automatically. I think there is a way to do a force download. It was documented somewhere. I do not have the link right now but if I come across it I will post here.
