PS3 does not recognize Underworld Evolution disc if trailer is on the HD

I loaded the disc twice and and BD ROM does not show up. When I delete the trailer I downloaded for the movie the disc shows up and you can play it.

I actually figured he put it here on purpose, except I would have expected the title to be something like "Sony BUTCHERS implementation of BD on the PS3!!"
