Chiller Channel on Dish Network?

First let me clarify. The first time I email or call on an issue important to me, I am nice and courteous. IF my concerns get a generic or dry response and time goes by with no change, I step it up a bit. This goes for things from a channel addition to a problem with my account. Recently, I had a problem with my account. (I won't get into the problem. It's not relevant to this thread.) I called Dish and spoke to someone with a thick Indian accent that said that he couldn't help me. I asked to speak to someone else, he refused. So I tried the online chat, turned the volume up a bit about my problem and was chatting for 45 minutes. First he said that he could help me but then said his computer would not let him do it. He recognized my issue and wanted to fix it by could not because of his computer. Finally, after my patience was gone, knowing I had a legitimate issue, I emailed ceo@echostar.com and voiced the problem with my account and expressed how very upset I am at the CSR on the phone and on the chat about his computer. I got a response in under 24 hours with my problem fixed and with an apology. So I never start off with a threat.
But if time goes by and I feel that the problem or concern I have is being ignored, I will turn the volume up until I get acceptable response that satisfies the issue at hand or at least gives me a valid reason why this or that can not be done.

As I've posted before, I finally made the return to Directv last November, because of the hunk-of-junk 129 satellite and continual loss of signal. A big HD improvement...I can now watch a complete program!
Anyway, the channel I find myself watching most turns out to be Chiller. Great old re-runs of CBS's Alfred Hitchcock series, plus Night Gallery and Tales from the Crypt, etc. Great stuff. MonstersHD was nice, but it was on the 129, so I was only able to watch about 40 minutes out of 60.

Oh, and USAHD, FXHD, SCI-FI HD, SMITHSONIANHD, SPIKEHD, MGMHD, BRAVO HD are nice too!

:Me too, I almost switched to D* just to get that channel. It would be GREAT if Chiller was added...
all indications point to...when SciFi HD and USA HD launch, Chiller WILL be included.
And those channels will be added sometime between today, and the heat death of the universe.
Dlh, what channel package do you have with Dish, as this isn't coming up on my Vip622.
