Dish probably cut them off at the knees before they could say anymore

Depends on how you interpret it. The language in that message tells me that there is still something in the works (or at least an attempt). This combined with the fact the Voom channels are still uplinked is pretty telling...
I just called to Dish and to my surprise, the CSR told me they have received an overwhelming number of calls from customers upset about the removal of the Voom Channels. The person said that Dish was seroiusly reviewing this issue and they were documenting each call.
So if you are upset by the removal of the Voom channels, CALL DISH and complain!!!

So Voom is blaming Dish now. So it's a he said she said battle. Who knows what is going to come out of this.
Hopefully they're counting multiple calls by the same people...
I have just been curious to see what kind of different responses I get from each CSR. Not to my surprise, out of the 4 calls I have made (for various reasons), I have gotten 4 different responses. 
I just got this email repsonse 10 minutes ago:

Funny how if you click on a voom channel on their site, then click the "on-air schedule" link, it opens a new browser to Dish Network website.
