I finally got the PR Nets on Galaxy 99 on my C-band last night. I was also able to get the NBC Mux also on 105... But for the life of me it seems like I cannot get NBC in Casper. If my Skew is at -90 on my analog reciever, the my fortec box won't pick it up at all... but If i change the skey to +90 on my uniden analog reciever, the signal strengh will go to 60 and then drop back down to 0, and then go back and forth like that... however, I am getting a constant signal on my PR Nets (around 75-80%)... was getting 99% last night before I started trying to tweak again... I lined up my dish, and tested signal on the scrambled channels on 125 and the signal looked good there... and I was able to pick doc scott up on 87.. and the analog signals on those sats are about the same level as I track. Anyone got any ideas?

how big of a dish?

I know that NBC is a bugger to get. I barely get a blip on the 6 footer...last winter I had the best signal on that channel and that was a stable 30 on the Pansat 1500

for me it i max out the PR channels to 95-99% I don't get NBC Casper... but if I move the dish a few clicks East/West I comes in 60% or so and the PR stations go down to the 80%. Those TP are not exactly at the same degree.

I believe it is a 8.5 foot SAMI dish. I am now getting around 90% on PR nets, and about 40% off and on on Casper now. I tweaked the dish a little more on other satellites and got the equity and Ion mux. I tried to scan the CW mux.. the TP showed up around 85%, but didn't scan any channels for some reason... I just wanted to make sure It was the channel and not my dish.. I would like to see another Casper Affiliate though (I watch KTWO a lot on KU).. Oh well, now i have enough channels to keep my busy..

the cw feeds on 91 (if that is what you are talking about) mine will not scan in either,I just add the pids and then rename them and they come on,I have a sv8k.

The PR nets are on G4/16 (99W)

The CW feeds you speak of REQUIRE manual pid entry...thats the only way to get them to scan in

Thanks for the info for these... That worked! :up

I was able to tweak the LNB enough so now the PR nets are still around 60 but KCWY went up to 40 on the Pansat 1500 (30 is threshold)

Ive been meaning to post how I got KCWY to work... I only have a single polarity LNB right now, and when I tune to KCWY, I change the skew via the analog reciever from -90 to +90 and i can get about 80% on my coolsat on both my PR nets and KCWY... I'm guessing whenever I get a dual C-band LNB, I can do like you did, and be able to get it in.
