Has anyone gotten new cards for the VIP 211 and 211K. I just activated my recievers about 2 weeks ago. The CSR was not sure when and if I would need a new card. If anyone can let me know on here...would be greatly appreciated..

211K should not need new cards since I believe they all had G3 cards from the beginning. 211's more than likely will need new cards!
Check the system info screen- if the DNASP is 241 then you should be fine and have the new card already. I activated a 211k in Dec. and one last week and both are at "241".

I see my 211 has dnasp of 206 and my 211k has a dnasp of 241. So I will be expecting a card for my 211 at some point. Any one know how long it has been taking for dish to get these cards out?
That's should works in theory, but in reality is posed different behavior - got for two or three weeks a warning about Feb, 11 SC switch but didn't get the ch 998, then after that channels become blocked - still waiting for the card and the ch998 show up now. After four calls to Dish and two weeks waiting.
