This "by April 1" stuff is getting old. "By April 1st" could be today, March 31st (or last month) if they wanted to score points. Dish manages to make every new offering seem as if it were being dragged away from them with their reluctance to follow through. They sure know how to squander every PR opportunity!

According to twitter, Cols is supposed to get all locals in HD starting tomorrow except for WBNS 10TV(CBS). Should make all the central OH people happy.
