I can only imagine the talking going on with Tiger and his lawyer about how to post the message to his website.

Tiger" We had a fight"
Lawyer" Translation, We talked over who was going to go out to get milk"

Tiger " She hit me'
Lawyer" I tripped over the XBOX while playing Tiger Woods 2010 "

Tiger " I locked myself in my car"
Lawyer" I secured myself for a safe ride to the store"

Tiger " I drank and got behind the wheel"
Lawyer" I had a small glass of wine"

Tiger "I was beat up and drunk and lost control of my car"
Lawyer" I thought I saw a deer that looked just like Bambi and swerved to avoid it"

Tiger" My wife tried to pull me out of the car so she could finish the job on my face"
Lawyer" My wife flipped over the car while it was on fire and risked her life while holding her baby in one hand to save my life. "

Tiger" I'm a bad driver"
Lawyer" I'm a unlucky driver. What a stupid place to put a fire hydrant."

Welcome to the world of lawyers.
LMFAO!!!!!!!! :haha:haha:haha:river:haha:haha

According to reports he wasn't wearing shoes. They can get him for that . It might be the reason he lost control of his car.
My advice to Tiger is to hire David Feherty as your spokesmen. Have him tell the press what happened. No matter how bad it is when it comes from Feherty it won't sound so bad.

according to you.

What is the probable cause for a warrant to get his medical records? He was in a car accident, he has wounds on him. The police have 0 evidence to support anything other then that. nothing but speculation. Id hope it takes a bit more then speculation to get a warrant in this country.

Testimony from first responders (police and EMTs) that his injuries were not consistent with the accident would probably be enough....

I can tell you a few.

Tiger crashed his vehicle on a road that he was familiar with .
He was knocked out in a crash that was less then 30mph.
No blood on the steering wheel or the dash.
He wasn't wearing shoes . That could indicate that he left the house in a hurry.

She probably just slapped him accross the mouth and he left , got in the caddy, she grabbed a club chased smashing the back window and he floored it and ran into a tree. It happened at 2am probably when he returned from his mistress.

This is a big story. According to the most recent speculation it now sounds like this scenario is a definately possible and not far off. This just gets stranger and stranger.

You're speculation is ALMOST right. I don't think he was out cheating on Thanksgiving though. I don't even think the mistress was in town if I'm not mistaken.

Here's what happened....

The day prior to Thanksgiving, the National Enquirer ran a story rumoring the affair between Tiger and Rachel Uchitel. That day and/or the day after (Thanksgiving Day), the Woods family must've gotten wind of the story. (Whether or not the affair is true or not is besides the story). Tiger was questioned by his wife (Elin) on the validity of the story and a fight ensued after the Turkey Day festivities with the family died down (apx. 2am the night of the incident). Tiger then wanted to get out of the house to let Elin cool down. In an attempt to flee, the emotional Elin and understandably so, chased after Tiger. In a mad dash to escape, Tiger backed into a fire hydrant, then forwarded the car only to crash into a neighbors tree. Elin, in a fit of rage was chasing him down the driveway the entire time with a golf club.

I truly believe that both Tiger and Elin want to sort this inter-marriage rift between themselves and this is why no one is coming clean of the "whole story". Tiger is also trying to protect Elin by making her a "hero" in the crash. And I'm perfectly fine with that. The accident only put the national spotlight on a personal issue which has no bearing on the rest of us.

The bottom line is this. There was a minor car accident. All the other behind the scenes family drama is none of our business.

Yes but unless tiger complains they have nothing to go on. No victim. If I goto the doctors with a broken leg and claim it was because i cut myself shaving the police can not investigate me simply because i didnt tell them how I got hurt. its not a crime to not tell someone you got beat up.

Which makes perfect sense why Tiger has not talked to the police. He is under no obligation to, and talking to them can only make matters worse. Because then if he talks to them, and lies he is in trouble. However not saying anything, and he is fine.

Is that what you want him to do? What if his wife or even Tiger was involved in a accident caused by another driver? Would you want that other driver to be quiet or even lie so they wouldn't be charged with a crime? How about Tiger doing the mature thing and telling the truth!
