Dish Network Problem

I have had nothing but good service from the CEO e-mail on the three occasions I have used it. Of course I first made sure it was an important issue that couldn't be handled through regular channels (like the one explained above). I make sure it is not an issue beyond the control of the company or having to do with private contracts, like "why don't I get X channel?", I am polite and fully explain the issue concisely. I also proofread the e-mail to make sure it says what I wanted it to say legibly.

Two of the three times I used it I was very surprised at the speed of the response and steps taken to keep me satisfied. The third time (most recently) I was very surprised at the care they took to make sure the issue would never happen again.

So yes the CEO address works just fine.

BTW, that is three times over 13 years. I don't abuse it!

IF you are telling the truth/whole story I know for a fact you do not have to have the same name on the account as the owner of the house. In addition, it is not completely unusual that the bills for utilities will be in the name of the house owner not the account holder. This happens when someone rents, but utilities are paid for.

You can believe me or not, I know what I am talking about. I understand why you were audited. That many receivers and you can't connect them to your account name and to the address. One way to get around it is to have them all hooked to a phone line all the time. Like it or not, if you cannot that is a big strike against getting them to believe you.
Remember, the issue is not really that your account name is not the same as the address, but that they suspect because of the number of receivers they are not all in the same residence - even if in the same house - could be different households in same house. (Rented floors for instance) And that's why you can still give them the system info.

Not trying to be rude at all, but bottom line - I will say if you tell me they are hooked up all the time to the same number I don't believe you. Dish will accept that unless you are leaving important information out of the post. (like if any of the receivers could not possibly work with the dish set-up you have)

The only problem with that is the "ceo" people cannot override any decisions make by the audit people

They did just that for an owner of a business who had a regular account. Audit told him it was in a business and had to have a business account. they would not accept his explanation.
The owner was divorced and lived in a back room made into living space in the business, but the address comes up as the business. CEO correspondence did exactly what you say they don't. They asked for a picture of the business and apartment and proof of ownership of the building that matches his account. He was granted a waiver based on "residence requirements" This happened in Tarpon Springs Florida, in a greek store. (Dish never explored whether the living space is allowed - probably decided not their business)

BTW - I know this because I do business there and saw the dish on the side of the store and asked if he had Dish for his customers somewhere in the store.

I guess they select to whom they respond because I sent them at least 4-5 emails in the last month and nobody replied. Of course, I was having problems at the time and seemed to me that nobody was interested in dealing with the problems. ;)
This is not typical based on other posts and my own experience. Were your E-mails politely worded so as to allow the reader to understand your needs?

And, of course, "they select to whom they respond." lol I've received a response every time save once. In that case I sent a second E-mail politely pointing out I had not received a reply to my first. Got an immediate response.

In every case that I have contacted them it was with a reasonable request. In every case they took care of my 'problem.'

i do not whine at all was just looking for a solution and why should i insult other people here ??

Yeah. Don't know what SaltiDawg's problem is. Anyhow, IMHO we should treat members here as innocent until proven guilty. This is of course exactly the opposite modus operandi to the Audit Nazis at Dish.

Edited to add: I have 3 receivers and keep them all connected both via broadband AND phoneline to avoid the Nazis. But suppose I had 6 like the OP and I lived with my parents? Am I regarded as account stacking because my parents and I are defined somehow as different "households?" I am supposing (for the sake of argument) that my parents and I could both be using some subset of the 6 receivers.

Its just the methods they are using. To bad in america. Europe is the real democracy here everything needs to be surveillant.

They lick you feet when they want you to be there customer and give no reason to disconnect everything.

The United States is a REPUBLIC, not a democracy. Didn't you learn that in school?

Nazi group will be diminished if its found to be yet another cause of churn..

The REAL solution, a WHOLE HOUSE SERVER, one receiver feeding however many tvs tou have.

since a single box would make stacking impossible the nazi group would get reassigned to other more customer friendly jobs......

no i didnt

do you really think that will help ?

THose ceo never reads our common users emails.

I'll disagree with that.....I had an issue with my dish service earlier this year regarding costs.....sent an email to the ceo email address....and poof....within two days, the issue was resolved and taken care of, and I got a credit for my trouble.

You certainly are the articulate one. I'll bet that E-mail to the CEO was, well, different.

What are you 12 years old! "Hope the crack N3 soon and they get there ass wopped." It certainly sounds like it.

I'm curious to what your nationality is sir? You certainly don't sound as if your very good with english let alone typing it, so I sure hope you had someone else type out this email or else its going to get deleted and/or ignored as soon as it hits a inbox.

I have been a Dish network customer for over 12 years with 5 receivers and never had a phone line or internet hooked to any of them. Dish has never called me to confirm the location ID for the receivers. Maybe I was just lucky. I have emailed the CEO's office about a problem in the past couple of months and I have yet to receive a reply.

Has Dish lost another teleco bundling partner?
