there was an issue with some bills this month . should be corrected on next month bill. but if you like I be more then willing to look at your account to see what happened.

Agree 100%Maybe I'm naive, but I don't think that many of these CSR's blatently lie to customers. Perhaps that's inacurrate but in the few times that I've talked to CSR's, I have gotten the feeling that the main issue is a lack of information or perhaps incomplete training.

If your legit , well then prove it. Get together with Scott and make this a section on Satellite guys, with your credentials.
If your On the D* support forums, then Direct us over there, so our account issues can be handled by you in a professional manner.

Now on my credentials I be more then happy to supply them to scott I have no issue in that . But I am not posting them here Scott can verify my information and not post it here the hold point is that company offical stance is they have dtv.com support forums on there own site and feel other then dbstalk further affilations are not needed.

Put it in simple terms, what you do on your own time is your business and your business only. Does that make sense to you.
