Dish Remote access android

DRA app on Android shows the wrong locals every time it starts. After refresh it shows the right ones. Won't find my DVR events until 3 refreshes.

Wow, I thought that was a one in a million glitch when those locals showed up on my first day with an android tablet. But the 3 refreshes to get it going is something I've been living with.

Have you had complete lockup events that mean your just done using the app for the present? One happened on the very first real life and death test of the app when I was facing hours at the DMV office. Pi**ed me off. Fortunately Pandora worked.

Are you as ready as I am for version 2.0?

Yeah hoping it can buffer a lot more video so skip forward will work better.

And with a phone, you can't lock the phone like with music players. if you do the app stops. Can't put on headphones and a Sirius music channel or news channel and put it in your pocket.

I noticed both my local channels and some out of market locals on my android as well.

Noticed that too, but I have both a Xoom and iPad and it's doing it on both.

Yea had some oddball locals show up here as well.
