LOL...very true!! But if either or both win today, they're just delaying the inevitable. As for Heat-Bucks, I don't ever recall a bigger mismatch in an NBA Playoff series.

One interesting analysis of the Celtics plight is that they were able to play in the regular season without a point guard because the opposing teams are not pressing and ball-hawking as much during the regular season as they are during the playoffs. That sure was what it looked like at the end of game #1, when the Celtics balhandlers never knew what had hit them.

The Celtics have their first ten players under contract for next year, so with the return/additions of Rondo, Sullinger, and Fab Melo, they will surely make the playoffs again, but with the lead horses, Pierce and Garnett, being one more year over the hill. People who say "blow the team up" are often oblivious to the fact that doing so doesn't get you a new, younger, better team. It means that after one 25 to 30 win season, you get to draft in the top half a dozen or so and maybe get one good player, but then your second round pick will be #35 or so, and that player is either a bench player or goes to Europe.

Their whole tenths of one second thing has been irritating, as if they don't ever start a 0.4 clock a half a second after inbound..& as if with 0.9 you can do anything.
One way or the other I don't think Fisher's shot v. Spurs was legitimate.

0.3 or less what do they do, call the period?

Call me crazy, but I give the Celtics a real shot to still win this series. They have too much never say die in them, and I refuse to stick a nail in their coffin just yet.

I like how you think Sabres, but no way! The Celtics are just too banged up to win this series. Besides, I don't see this Celtics team the way I saw the '04-'08 era Red Sox- a team that was resilient like no other!

Well, according to that Bucks player they will. If only the series was a best of 11, the Bucks would have a chance.:eek::D

Looks like they have a chance in game 4.
