What doesn't impress you about him ?

He has about the same resume as Wisenhunt.

Both have taken teams to the SB and both have stunk when they have NO QB, as most Coaches do.

Tony Dungy highly recommended him, I'm sure he'll do fine ...

Maybe they can finally get some stability and discipline on the field.

Wasn't crazy about wisehunt either, I guess we will see in September. Hearing him though today he souded like Rod Maranoli (not spelled right)
