Trying to get sling on my Roku 1 and I keep getting this message when I click on submit. Will sling work on Roku 1?

Thanks. I just got it. Joined on my computer and signed in on my Roku. Looks good.

Hey Mary, I just had the same problem on my roku3. I had to sign up on my mac. Can you change my free trial to 14 days?

I tried to sign up for Sling from my Roku and it gave me an error of "Create User failed" (2-802). I had to sign up online but it only gave me a 7 day free trial, can you switch my account to the 14 day trial? Thank You!
