Yes, 3 ghz is what they use.
I usually get my stuff from Claude here on the site.

D* makes their techs use barrels with orange color centers, not exactly sure why they're orange. afaik they're just 3Ghz barrels. might be for the 2.3mhz rating or something, idk. Dark Blue 3Ghz is fine.

Not all that long ago they were pushing Blue ones, for the SAME reason.

the true reason is they (D*) probably just want techs checking the wall plates and the connectors behind them.

We use these ones at Dish. Has to be 3Gzh rated everything. Orange separates direct from us.

2gig or 3 gig I don't think either connector makes much of a difference
