My H24-200 is having intermittent freezing issues. Almost like the satalite is getting a good signal. My other DVR is working fine.

I have tried another TV, tried another HDMI cable, reset the receiver and reauthorized. When I ran the systems test there were no errors other than no internet connectivity. I have attached a photo of the screen. I doesn't do this all the time but when it does the box won't work unless we reset it.

It's not going through that HDMI switch that is pictured. I have the receiver hooked up directly to the tv. I even tired component trying to see if maybe the hdmi port was bad on my receiver. Same problem.

its a known issue on the genies, software related, caused by local commercials

it can usually be fixed by changing channels and going back

had not heard it was affecting the hr24

Somewhat random thought here but this happened to me and was verified:

I added a wifi range extender in my house and it caused my Genie to lock up from another floor and 100 feet away. Linksys provided a firmware update to fix it.

If you have something like that or live near someone who does, that could be the culprit...
