Not one to complain... no really. I love the Flex Packs but earlier last month I noticed on ch. 9606 that El Rey was showing in the Latino Pack which IT IS NOT. Matt said he would pass it on.

Now, I've noticed the latest channel lineup cards on Dish's site indicates in "blue" that NBA network, NFL Network and MLB are 'available in channel packs'? Uh, NO THEIR NOT.

Wish that was the case but neither the Regional or National Action include these channels.

My Dish, support (scroll to the bottom), channel lineup cards, U. S. click download. Dated September 2016.

In the past, Dish has taken a bit of liberty by including the 'preview' channels of those networks, NBA, NFL, etc, and include them. It's a bit disingenuous....

It is. My mom opted for the Flex Pack because it had the Cooking Channel in it. Turns out it was only Free Preview. I haven't told her yet....

Oh yeah, those are good ones too ! It seems as though the channel listings are dynamic, so if one checks at the wrong time, as in, a channel happens to be in free preview mode for a weekend, a week, or whatever, it's shown as being available in a package.

It IS in the Flex pack.
But I have said before I agree 100% I don't think it's right to include free preview channels to show in what is included in packages.

Dish free previews page says Cooking is on free preview until today and then it is in Top 200. Doesn't mention flex pack.

Do the comparison chart where they don't include freeview. You will see Cooking in Flex, not in Top 120 or Top 120+ then again in Top 200 , Top 250. Cooking has been part of Flex from the begining.

When you are trying to find out which channels are supposed to be included in Flex Pack, it does not help that the chart on channel 9605 is not in any particular order. It is neither alphabetical nor in order by channel number. I realize they are probably trying to put the most "popular" channels at the top of the list, but the average viewer is probably not going to keep track of Nielsen ratings just so they can know where to look for each channel on that chart.
