Looking for a c-band tripod mount

Hey all...I am looking for a tripod mount for my 10ftr, I have the remains of the original pole is 6ft.9in. so I figured I would pour a slab of concrete (deep enough of course) and use the tripod mount on top of that..looked on ebay, no luck, craigslist, no luck, so I figured I would ask here. Thanks...Chris

Just weld three gussetes onto the bottom of the pole. Extend them below the pole to get extra height, or use piles to raise the assembly (can be integrated with a slab. This would allow adjusting for vertical if things shift etc. Is this an equatorial mount (polar mount)?
