Another MLB EI question ...
For those of you with the MLB EI package.

I went to tune into the EI package today and got a Ext 721 ...
Don't know why ... I paid for the year already.

While I chatted in, I happen to look at a scoreboard and found that the game I was wanting to watch was an afternoon game, so it was already over ... ok.

My question is ... why is there a 721 on the screen asking you to sub to the channel and telling you how ?

Is this how it always is on the channels when the game is over, they ask you to sub ?

My thought to them is why not put a splash screen up with the SCORE of the GAME from earlier in the day, instead of telling you that you don't have a sub to it ?

I thought that maybe they dropped my sub, so I contacted them .... fwiw, they didn't know why they throw up a 721 either.

Is this normal ?

This is my 1st year using the EI.

I found that the games that were actually LIVE were on and working fine, its just the ones that were over gave the 721.

Make sure your going to the channel of the Current game and not one that actually says Upcoming ... the guide is really confusing actually because you have Upcoming listed ahead of some Current games ...
