I installed a Chaparral corotor ii through the ASC1 and on to the Amiko. ASC1 instructions says to set the receiver to LNB voltage to Auro 13/18 vdc but the receiver does not have that option. Only has the auto option.

I can watch the Horizontal channels but has no signal on vertical channels.

Any one knows how to make the receiver or ASC1 flip polarities?

Do you know for sure the Corotor works? Its wired correctly? The shaft is not bound or broken and the polor rotor motor functions? Using the front panel or remote on the ASC1 you can select H or V manually and drive the corotor and verify function.
The Amiko should be fine with "Auto"

On the Amiko, Auto 13/18 is the same as Auto. The STB setting is correct when set to Auto.

On the ASC1 the LNB menu setting should be V:13v H:18v.

Note: For automatic polarity selection, don't park the ASC1 cursor on either the Horizontal or Vertical polarity lines as this is a manual override of the STB polarity selection.

As the polarity is switched on the STB, an arrow on the right side of the ASC1 operation screen will indicate the selected polarity.

Yes the right arrow moves to vertical when I switch to a vertical transponder. But still no signal. The horizontal is in -45 and vertical is in 45.

I made a mistake on the last post... I gave you an incorrect LNB setting for using LNBs (vs LNBFs). Set the ASC1 LNB voltage to Fixed:18v, as LNBs are designed to operate on 15-21Vdc. Many LNBs do not perform well on 13Vdc.

Follow Magic Static advice and verify the servo probe is rotating inside the feedhorn when the polarity is changed. If the probe isn't moving, is the servo running during the polarity switch? If the servo motor is not working out at the dish, bring the servo motor inside and connect directly to the ASC1 terminals and test.

What is the servo control distribution wire length? Is it 2 or 3 conductor plus shield and bare drain wire? What gauge?

Changed to fixed on 18 v but still
Yes the polarity is physical changing in the feedhorn when changing from a vertical to horizontal channel. The receiver is less then 50 ft away from the dish.
I do not know the gauges of the wire but they look equal in thickness as the corrotor motor wires.
I installed the with the ku lnb aligned with the polar axis but with the dish on the lowest satellite. Since I cannot reach it when the dish is pointing at the south (too high). Will that screw up the whole polarity thing?

You normally see the corotor installed at a 45° angle to the polar axis. So moving the polorotor -45 or +45° will bring you to right on the polar axis or 90° to one side, H & V
