The Seven Ups, 1973, with Tony LoBianco and Roy Scheider. Good NYC mob movie, with real NYC scenes. After that one it's The French Connection with Scheider and Hackman, great movie.

I always get drawn in to Twister, Day After Tomorrow, etc. when nothing else is on.
