Every year there are lots of hype around them only to get disappointed that they are just average compare to the Aces American pitchers. Why pay all that money for average players?

That is the same with all the hyped players. Remember the pitcher from the Yankees Brian.....can't remember his last name, but he got the biggest signing bonus ever and then was a big bust
 
Red Sox had won that led them to a championship a few years ago. I dont think its fair to lump them in a group. All pitchers are different regardless of ethnicity.

Brien Taylor. He wasn't a bust, his shoulder was after he got into a fight in a bar. IIRC anyways.
