I have two HDMI devices connected to my TCL TV. Both work okay. However, when I use the second HDMI device and try to return to the Hopper 3 (latest software download) it is sluggish or non-responsive, giving the 0 of 0 turners in use error. The only "fix" is to reboot the Hopper 3. Then, all is well until I go back to my second device, watch something, and then try to return to the Hopper 3 - again, it has to be rebooted.

Having said that, once in a while the switch over goes okay, but that is rare.

Does anyone else experience this? Even better, does anyone have a fix?

There seems to be a number of reports from owners of TCL TVs that are having various problems with the Hopper. Since I'm not seeing other common issues with other brands my guess it that TLC is doing something a little different that is causing the hiccups.

Have you tried updating the firmware on the TV?
