According to the "About" screen, both receivers are using the same skin and the about screen shows identical info (except for number of reboots or IP addresses) but I have different menus. All updates have been done.

One has less options than the other and the order of options isn't the same. (And I have never been able to maintain the correct time),
If your Tuner configuration is the same on both then save the settings file from the one you like from etc/enigma2.
When you transfer the file back to the other box you will need to telnet init 4 >transfer with ftp then telnet init 3. That stops and starts enigma2.
If your tuner config. is different you can still do that but will need to reset up the tuner configuration.
