Sorry to hear that. Can't understand why some people have such disrespect for other people's property. It looks pretty twisted but you could try to straighten it a bit and see how it performs - wouldn't expect too much though. Your thread title says Fortec: Ku Dish Replacement. I guess the question you must ask is if you replace it do you think it will happen again? If you believe it was just a fluke - a one time thing - then you could get one of these (same dish, two different sellers :)).

If not a fluke and there is regular trouble there then maybe it is not worth the investment only to have it damaged again. :(

How did they get in a brick fenced backyard? Figure that out, fix it so they can't, and then replace the dish. You'll never get it working well again.

IF you can't stop them from getting into your yard and having access to the dish, replace it with a new one, but mount it HIGH up where they can't easily get to it.

Unfortunately it was my son. Dish & motor were shifted all the way west. I'm making him pay for it. I tried realigning like I did last time to the PBS channels on AMC 21 and it wouldn't pick them up. I'll try once more.

Unfortunately it was my son.
I was going to mention that it seemed like an "inside job", being as it's inside a brick fence, but, I figure that's your business.

If he did it deliberately for whatever reason, perhaps trying to get him interested in FTA satellite and finding interesting feeds may be a good thing to try? Either way, good luck.

If the dish rim is rather intact, and the parabolic surface has no great dents, I (as a hobbyist) would certainly try!
The rigid form of the rim sometimes allows to reform it back to the original flat dish face.
I guess you'd have to take the dish of the mount to do so, though.
Don't know if you'd like to put in the effort, to try and put the old dish up again, or just put a new dish up...

I'm leaning towards a new one but I'm willing to give it a try. I'm just hoping the motor wasn't damaged also.

One of the U bolts on the motor was bend apart. I had to squeeze it together. I'm suspecting the mount/motor was kicked

Then also check the zero-alignment/plumbness/untwistedness of the motor bracket!
For the proper following of the arc, the motor axis must be plumb east/west wise, so the motor bracket must place the motor exactly plumb.
I've read about cases where the U-bolts were tightened a-symmetrically, thus twisting the motor bracket, and thus putting the setup out of plumbness.

It is sad, that your dish was treated this way....

I'm suspecting this may be the case. Looking at my setup from behind, it doesn't look like it is straight. Also I've had to re-center the reference point twice since going to the reference point doesn't always go there. Motor might be damaged.
 
I noticed on my 1.2 GeosatPro dish that my quality numbers went up after I stood behind and against the mount and pulled back toward me where the top struts are bolted to both sides of the dish. I then peaked it again because that pull raises the lnbf a slight bit. It did not get bent in transit because I actually picked it up and put it in my car to bring home. Maybe got slighty out of shape on the trip from China.
 
Can someone confirm my settings are correct ? See attached images. I'm at 33.9474 degree latitude. According to a SG-2100 manual my motor elevation should be 56 degrees and dish declination should be 24.5 degrees. The images show how it was set before it was assaulted. It worked fine before. Thanks.
