What's the problem? You are eligible to get them from Directv. Is there a reception problem?

it's a reception problem but maybe could be also an installation issue

A little more information would be helpful. Are you getting the other satellite channels okay? What are your signal strengths on the different satellites? Do you have any line of sight issues?

i have a triple lnb dish with a d15 dvr and a d10 receiver i also have a 6 by 8 multiswitch and a round 18"dish with 1 lnb.I am getting my satellite signals from the triple lnb.I have 4 outputs for the triple lnb but i am using just 3 cables one for my d10 receiver and 2 for my dvr receiver. My 18"round dish has 2 cables that go to the multiswitch is this okay.

I don't have the extra dish setup like you do for the locals, so I can't say if that's okay. Are the regular sat channels okay? If so, the problem could be with the 18" dish. Have you checked the connections to make sure they are tight? Is the dish loose? Have any trees grown in the way?

the regular sat channels are okay, it's just the locals that don't work there are no problems with trees. We had some rain and wind lately so maybe it could be the dish.I will have to go and check it out if this is the problem i guess i will have to adjust the dish again to satellite 72.5 but i don't remember how to get the signal.I read that you have to align with satellite 101, and then the rest is up in the air.

Like I said, I don't know much about this type of setup. What is the signal strength for the 72.5 sat? If it is low, you might try adusting the dish. With a helper checking the signal strength meter, move the dish a little at a time, checking to see if the signal improves. Wait a couple of seconds to let the receiver aquire the signal. You may have to move it sideways or up and down. Don't move it much each time. Good luck!
