Dont put much stock in that...you'd probably get that same form letter response if they knew it was coming and they were turning it on in an hour.
 
Hopefully we will have it before the end of baseball season.

How is this all working out with the other HD RSN's? Can one expect to see all games in HD when available? (Seems to be available only when playing at home).

Some of the games are on WPIX as well. I wish those dam stupidstations were coming in HD as well.

Well the same statement is in Dish Network's Press release dated 5/4. Someone at Dish must know when they plan to start this. I'm going to keep pushing.

Watched Mets/Cubs on ESPN HD last night. What a difference!! Switched over to SNY SD but couldn't watch after seeing what the game looked like in HD. Come on Dish - let's get going with SNY HD.

More SNY HD content than Dish bandwidth available...I have a feeling its going to be a while
 
I believe summer in the U.S. comes on June 21st this year. But of course in Englewood, Colorado they use their own calendar and summer would never come on any exact date, and is likely to be closer to December 21st!
 
Received this from SNY today:

Dear Ed,

Dish has notified us that they are looking to add SNY in HD this summer, however, we still have not been notified of a launch date for this service. Please feel free to check back with us later in the summer for an update.
