Well I finally answered one of the calls in hopes of getting him off my back. Turns out he was a Direct TV reseller too and wanted me to "save money" by switching. I told him not to call anymore.

Ok. Sounds like I'm gonna keep ignoring him. I haven't followed in here in a while so I thought maybe some packages had changed or something. I definitly don't want to re-up my contract because in thinking hard about just cutting the cord and going with Netflix and ota only.

Are new releases generally available in the DVD by mail at the same time they show up in PPV or VOD? Or is there a lag between the time a new release is on PPV and when it comes available in the mail?

Does Movie Pass include the VOD titles? I just rented A Dolphin Tale for the kids today for $7.99. I was thinking if that would have been included by paying $10 per month for the movie pass I would maybe sign up for that next time the kids want to see a movie.

I think wireless is pointless anyways as N is generally not fast enough in the real world to stream descent HD unless you are in the next room or have a very good router. Just run Cat5e to where you want your TV2 and be done with it, 100X reliable and wont have issues like with homeplug or...
