How does the FIOS HD/DVR user interface compare to the directv HD/DVR user interface? With the D* I can hide channels I don't get as well as hide SD channels where there is an HD channel. The HR-24 has 200 hrs. SD and 50 Hrs. HD capacity.

I see what you mean. I hadn't noticed that before when I ordered my change of package. I wanted to post my screen shots but they are in word and it seems I can only post in jpeg or similar. Anyway thank you for clearing it up.

Yes I did all that. I called and the CSR he told me it was a known problem and their engineers were working on it. He said it was affecting more customers than just me.
