I'm sorry if this has been posted. 100MB download internet, box shows connected, vod channels "work" but all downloads stop between 10-20% and just never finish. I've been through multiple box/router reboots..and I'm connected via lan ideas? thank you!

ive had my hr22-100 for a couple years now.. and i love it.. the last 3 weeks tho, its randomly "ghost" recording some shows. example: last night i had it set to record 2 shows at 9pm, it recorded both according to the list, but one as soon as i played it went straight to the "save/erase"...
