I am very grateful for the new G19.... I live in the USVI in the Caribbean and my signal qualities are ridiculously HIGH :cool: On both "Safe TV" and "Doc Scott" which in the past traditionally had the lowest levels in the 30's - 40's :eek: are now holding steady in the mid to upper 90's...

I have an AzureShine LNBF bracket that's factory designed for the smaller throat diameter LNBF's (such as DTV etc) as opposed to FTA 40mm opening. FWIW..... I recently had to do this BUT I used my Maxtor 500GB external hard drive with my new DVR.... IF & IF by chance you WILL be using the hard drive with a DVR unit, check the menu options in the receiver to do the reformat for you.:)

I finally added my 4th receiver to the mix this weekend.... a Geosat Pro DVR 1100C and it sure is one VERY NICE receiver. Can switch back and forth between AMC4 and G25 just fine on this unit and the 2 Merc's. Now I have absolutely NO signal on IA-5 on the Geosat Pro 1000... none whatsoever :(...
