Amen to that! I emailed ceo@dishnetwork.com and did get a call back about not being able to get my RSN in the HD only package. Like it was stated above I would happily pay the additional charge to get FSN Midwest. The person who called me noted my concern but could not doing anything about it...

You are correct! I made changes to my account and it does work. It takes about 30 min to take affect but it works. Just think you no longer have to call a clueless CSR!!

I called CS yesterday and tried to go to the HD only package and was shot down! Why you ask. It is apparently due to the fact that I signed up for the DVR advantage plan and the HD only pack is not a qualified minimum package so I was denied! I guess since they were going to lose my $30/month...
