    skipping back multiple times and it will back up, but to a unknown time, not 10 second increments??? and you will see a frozen image but will start again at the time after the frozen time...does that make sense? it continues to play while it is frozen..1 second or so

    after a day of this update the problem is still with the skip back. If I'm watching something and decide to skip back 10 seconds it will pause for a second and then start playing back a second or 2 later, this happens on the first try after that it will skip back..very annoying. Next Update please!

    UPDATE..Well after leaving them plugged in for a day they seem to be working correctly now. Not sure if they needed to be plugged in for the overnight update or what ?????, just glad to see my recordings still watchable.
