So I've been trying to get this working for awhile now. I can see the folders etc but when I open up one nothing is there. I've tried using Windows Media player streaming services and even PlayOn. wow...so yeah just got back from vacation. S104 is the buggiest piece of sh*t I've used in a long time. Recorded shows have recorded only half the show if not less, guide lock ups, had to reset 3 times now. A few timers showing up as being watched yet aren't and can't delete them. Awesome job...

Some experience with this myself. When using an IR universal remote you will not be able to use the backup feature UNTIL you use the original remote for a few clicks or use it to go into the remote control section. After I used the 32.0 remote again and went to the backup section...it worked. :)

Yep, need to enable it in the "Remote control" menu near the bottom. It says "IR". Enable it and you're golden. My harmony one works great!

I'd bet your guide times were screwed up. this seems to be common right after the initial install. If you did a hard reset prior to setting up the timers...I bet you'd have avoided problems.
