I have done several sd upgrades and used the dpp twin as the switch. Since dish seems to be sticking with mostly two reciever installs, why don't they build that same switch into the superdish lnb? i WILL TELL YOU WHY THEY ARE A--HOLES
looks like the ground wire"messenger cable" is attached at the ground block.
Dish netnork has been requireing us to attach the switches to the house here in N.C.
pvc is probably so you dont weed whack the cable
nobody I know uses terminators on dishnetwork switches
if E* started issuing cable and connectors, like the cable companies do, I would have no problem using flooded cable. Since we cant charge the customer for pole mounts, and we do alot down here, they are getting regular old cable.
I have had alot of problems with the 811's uhf remote so I use a regular dishnetwork ir remote. For the life of me I can't figure out why they didn't make the original remotes uhf/ir
oh yeah I forgot to say that unless your neighbor left his dish mounted to your house with a dp dual and a dpp44 switch the installer will probably not hook it up for free
