MYX is gone? I was the one that subscribed to it to get an international dish install. That's too bad. The station was entertaining.....but not HD. Enjoyed it while I had it.

You can also cancel it online......but I would call and actually talk to a rep to ask/assure that your not going to get hit with the $10 disconnect fee as freckldgrl mentioned.

Hmmmmmmm......it unblacked out finally and showed up as a partial recording. Weird. Was the whatever was on and blacked out before NASCAR Countdown available in northern MN but not down here or something?? Anyways, no prob now! Jason

Hello, I just noticed that NASCAR Countdown on ESPN is blacked out. Is this only available with states with a majority redneck population or was there some blacked out college game on or something that is running over it's time slot and hence backed out. Does DirecTV keep tabs on...

DirecTV's policy is you get whatever you get when you order a receiver directly from them. If you order an HD-DVR, you will get an HD-DVR. It may be an HR24, it may not. It may be new, it may not. Your best best is to buy one from an internet reseller....it'll still be a leased box, just...

Watching game now, it's ok. It certainly doesn't look like an SD feed, but it doesn't "pop" either. In my office with only a 32" TV too. HR24, 720p 32" LCD TV.
