    As of November 7th at 6:00 AM the Tampa Bay area now has DOCSIS 3.0(they like to call it powerboost). Speed tests now show 31Mbps download and close to 2500 kbps on upload speed.     welcome to brighthouse. If you can, I would try FIOS...sure they have infrastructure problems but so does brighthouse.....these HDC boxes really suck, the only way they can compete is roll out their damn SDV/Mystro/1Ghz equip faster than the schedule full of delays and holdouts from the housing...
