Has anyone from time to time been watching tv on their fortec lifetime ultra and it goes from great to gone..i mean i've got great quality and then the signal spikes to 92% and the quality goes bye-bye and i have to do a hard reset to clear it. Just wondering if im the only one who this is...

Does anyone know if the current solar storm we are experiencing could affect FTA Signals. I mean i would think it could. It seems that Fox Arkansas on G10 is a little iffy lately when before it was constantly 95% quality and never broken but the past few days its been really skiddish. Chris

Here is a question for anyone. While doing a power scan on my Fortec Lifetime Ultra It comes up with a bunch of transponders; but on some channels all i get is a black screen; but good quality and signal. Does the digital receiver scan in and store analog signals; it just can't display them...

when i plug that in im not getting wwl; im getting the national hurricane center doing some sort of remote satellite hookup to some station somewhere and the info coming up is 11765 v sr 3978 im on ia6...and i scanned the transponder you listd and this is what it found..am i on the right...

I know i need multiple receivers and satellites for all this....let's just all hope for the best for those folks affected by this.

ah..i guess if i had my dish dedicated to it; it may come in better..but it just seems that you might have a tendacy to give up just a little bit with a moveable dish..of course it could just be me giving up a little on my moveable dish...i think i could do a little better job but its too hot...

Im lucky to get a 41% at max, then it usually falls down to around 35% on a 31" fortec and a lifetime ultra receiver; maybe if i put up a 36" dish it would help bring it in

Well it looks like Im digital only at this time; i believe my uniden analog receiver crashed and burned; so ive got to get another one..so i hope that there are plenty of games on digital...i can't wait. By the way Boomer Sooner...Crimson and Cream all the way....

Is 3618 The Symbol Rate your using? So You saying I can just program in 11719; with sr of 3618 and it might help me a bit?

my problem isn't so much about audio levels; but yes the commericals do seem to scream at you...it just seems like one half of the equity channels come in great and well the others don't come in worth anything..just wondering if anyone else experiences this or if it's just me.
