I did hear from DIRT and you have to start with the Smart Pack and then you can downgrade to the Welcome pack. I think they need to change the name of the Welcome Pack because with a name like welcome, it sounds like a starter pack for a new subs.

I found out we are only authorized for Fox on demand even though they said we would have access to the core Sling package. For me if I choose Fox on demand it works, but choose anything else and it says not authorized.

I have a 722 and use a powered HDMI splitter and a good quality HDMI cable (about 35 feet) under the house to feed TV-2. Only downside is both TV's get the same content.

I have the Dish America package and it's currently $49.99. I've had it for years so I may be grandfathered.
