I had the same thing happen. When I ordered two weeks ago through the AAA deal I could not get the second HDDVR for less than $199. But they also gave me two HD boxes for my other two receivers, which made up for it in my mind.

I have been a dish customer for 5 years and am looking to switch to directv ASAP. Every time I have switched receivers I have ended up with a new contract. I thought it was common practice in the satellite industry. Not that I agree with it though.

I got an automated phone call today from Dish Network saying all of my locals will be available in HD tomorrow. I live in Cedar Rapids, IA, and we currently have just two that are in HD. I am wondering if the other two go live tomorrow as well. Interesting......

help Am going to order the bd35. HHgregg has it for 199, and Amazon for 235. Am more comfortable ordering from Amazon. I am not familiar with hhgregg. Is it worth it to go with Amazon for $36 more? Or will ordering from hhgregg be just fine? Anyone have any ideas?

I would use the Canon dw-100 burner, which burns avchd discs right from the Canon HF100. Would love to pick up this player, so I am hoping it will work with the dw-100 discs.
