Kijiji, eBay, and Craigslist dishes for you to take a look at

Right. I just got a little excited about the idea of a 12 foot dish. Sent from my SD4930UR using Tapatalk

Kijiji, eBay, and Craigslist dishes for you to take a look at

http://sanantonio.craigslist.org/for/5571621407.html I don't know what type these are. I emailed the lister and he will take $75 for both. It's ~4 hours each way for me. It seems that he bought them for a shade structure project and didn't use them. More pictures.

Thank you for sparking my interest again. Apart from the usual items (actuator, feed, mount, post) that can be repurposed, he may have other items of Interest to me. I'm also, still, a bit curious about the dish. I have questions for him, e.g, "Why is there a feed cover in the center of the...

Speaking of purposely beating something up, I recently saw where a hobbyist smashed an Azbox minime with a sledgehammer. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk

I'll have to reread his email again. He may have been offering me me $50 to get it out of there. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk

Thanks for the very fast responses. I will pass on this then. If he lives close to me I may go by just to get a closer look, though.i Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk

Hi guys, I posted a couple years ago and I'm still trying to get a C-Band dish. I had a recent response to a Craigslist ad and a picture was sent to me. According to him, it is about 6' and he will take $50.00. I thought I had seen a similarly odd-looking dish on the forum, but I'm probably...

You're right. It could be that he moved it to accommodate his scalar kit

I see that you've attached the side struts at the LNBF holder. That is the way it is shown in the diagram. I've seen them attached in the lower position also. I tried it briefly in both places. I didn't note a difference after adjusting the dish elevation slightly. I just left them on the lower...

No pictures. I read a lot in forums about the dish and motor. It was easier to assemble than the Geosat 90cm. I was struck by how big it is in comparison. It looks almost twice the size. I had to wrestle with it much more than the smaller dish. The Stab's shaft is barely 2". Someone had posted...

I recently put the Geosat 1.2m on a Stab HH120. The bracket does not need to be reversed. The Stab's shaft points up. It's just like sliding the dish over a pole or pipe like you would for a fixed dish setup.

I don't even see the HH90 as in stock. Perfect timing that he had a home for it so quick.

I had a similar experience With Sadoun several months ago. I ordered a DG380. also. He called me, though, offering to send an SG6100 instead. I said yes, but wish I hadn't. I have a DG280 for 5+ years on a 90cm. Both from Sadoun. I'll be watching to see how you fare with the HH120 from Canada.

    Prodelin MK-II?

Thank you StarScan. It seems as if the dish I'm looking at has a different mount and actuator. I am going to go back to put a string on the dish and see how it moves.

    Prodelin MK-II?

StarScan, I noticed the mount and actuator are different on yours. I live in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. Many times we don't even have rain for a month or more. It can be very breezy, though. As I only intend to have one BUD, I don't want to put up an underachiever. I've found my 90cm's...
