If you go to the hopper joey system you will have to get rid of the 722. But the hopper joey will give you DVR capability in both rooms. Think it would be $7.00 more than you are paying now a month. Don't know what they will do for your install charge?

For the most part do your research before you start. Know what system capabilities you will want to have. Those people you have been talking too probably did not do their research and was not able to communicate that to the customer service reps. Some reps do a poor job of communication also...

I know but if it's been working good like mine was and you swap it out to a diff cabling run and problems still there, I'd say it's a good chance it's the receiver. Besides dish own's the darn thing, make them give you another one. We try and put to many headaches on our own!
