I have a Harmony remote that I would need to reprogram for the TV, but was hoping to use just the LG remote.

I just setup a 2020 LG OLED TV. It can turn on the Dish Hopper and can see the guide. 2 main things I want to do with the LG magic remote is get to the hopper DVR to access my recordings and also access the guide favorites that I set on the Hopper.

Do you have a link to this “fix”? I don’t know what portal you are referring. Thanks.

Got Echo Buds hoping I can use those to listen to Hopper via bluetooth AND control the volume as bluetooth headsets without volume controls can't control the Hopper volume. On the Hopper I did the Alexa setup with the code to the Echo Buds, but no sound coming out of the Buds and seems I need...

I have earphones with volume control but I don't like the wire connecting the earpiece. I was unable to find a dedicated bluetooth transmitter with volume control on transmit, I only found volume control on the receiver function of those bluetooth devices.

This did not work. AirPods were paired with Hopper and Siri would not respond.

I'll have to try that out. I assumed Siri is just changing the volume on the iphone and not directly on the airpods and that was not going to work because the iphone was not controlling the volume on the TV/Dish.

I have Apple airpods v1 and V2 and Samsung galaxy buds. Watching Dish I can't control the volume of these wireless earbuds as these earbuds don't have their own volume control. I've been looking at bluetooth transmitters and I've not found any that can adjust volume when they are transmitting...

Even though I have Smart Prepare for Mobile set on my Hopper 3, but when I select recording for transfer, it always seems to start with Preparing on the iPad vs just start transferring the recording. This Smart Prepare has been set for quite awhile, so a show or movie that was recorded recently...

I've been running into this, where I start to watch a recording and its the last part of the show and then whatever was scheduled next is what seems to be recorded as well to fill up the recorded time. Often the these problem recordings will also just quit as if I had finished watching to the...

it feels like something changed. I have a show recorded and there are multiple episodes. I can't figure out how to sort them so they sort in ascending order so the oldest is first.

Seems like every day, once a day, I go to power on the Hopper 3 and it won't turn on. I press the Reset button and then I good for the rest of the day, even if I turn the Hopper off and come back hours later to turn it on.

A couple times in the last day or 2 (hopper installed last week) I turn on the hopper and it goes into a reboot. Its not doing it 100% of the time. Is this happening to other people?
