    I had this issue with my old Vizio Tv.. After I switched to a Samsung tv no more issues. The tv was connected to 4K Joey.

    Yes I am Having the same problem. It was happening about every 16 seconds about 40 mins ago. I tried to restart the Joey from the menu and it would not let mitigate it. So had to pull the plug. Over the last month have seen a lot of these freezes on the 4K Joey only. Last I was watching...

    I sent escalation an email yesterday and they still can not figure out why the 4K Joey is not getting the channel. They will let me know Monday. They made me verify my tv model and admitted that it should work.
