    I can't find a place where I can activate a new R10 that I bought from ValueElectronics from my account at directv.com. I can add equipment but its only if I purchase from Directv. Am I right in thinking I have to call them to get it added and activated? :confused: Thanks. Bill

    Never mind....it works on my D10's. It looks like you have to have an interactive receiver to FULLY enjoy superfan. Waiting for the R15 to be released. Sucks to have to have to pay $99 and not enjoy the full superfan package... Bill :mad:

    how? Stupid question..... How do you switch between the 8 games? Watching on my R10 and can't seem to find a way to move between windows. I have the original remote and a Harmony 880. Can't figure out how to do it. I can manually go to a game by typing the channel number but that sucks...

    Success! I want to thank everyone who contributed to this thread especially ats7627. His directions worked perfectly. From start to finish took less than 45 minutes. Did exactly as he said. My results are: 110 signal 92 119 signal 117 121 signal 92 I'm real happy with these readings...

    chuckster, I have done the hard reset to my 301. I also have it updated to the latest software so I can use it to get my signals. Later this afternoon I will try ats7627's suggestion. I have yet to get a signal on 121, maybe today! mski
