(Found out hard way when fried a solid state glow plug controller on diesel pu.) Was doing small electric welding on back bumper. It prob...

The "donor" was covered up but his tongue was sticking out of his mouth about 4 inches! Did not know weather to laugh or gag. think I have a...

    What's a good antenna?

I built a 4 element and propped it up beside tv in living room. It was not even in the direction of transmitters which were 40+ miles away. Was suprised that it did receive. Then put antenna at patio door in approximate direction of transmitters and ran scan again. It pulled all of Austin Tx...

    SG2100 Hardware Sizes

My 2 pennies: Stainless is good, but expensive. A "good" hardware store will carry "anodized" bolts, nuts and washers. They are a lot less expensive than stainless (just little more than zinc )and hold up quite well. Tom

    Big Dish's

Big Dish! Has anyone had the opportunity to drive thru what I call the "valley of the dishes" in southwestern New Mexico? The dishes are mounted on several sets of railroad type tracks. The area has mountains all around as so is protected from ti. Must be 30 or more dishes and do not know...

    Support Pole Woe's

TO RV1POP Concerning buried cable lines It has been my experience, necessary to enclose buried cable in some sort of pvc or dvw type protection. The ground critters seem to get their jollies nibbling on the shielding, therefore degrading signal. Tom
