    Epics/ stars merger?

    Epix has two original series starting this fall, Graves and Berlin Station. The former is a Lionsgate property, the other one is a Le Carre like CIA drama and is from Paramount, and looks quite interesting. So its not as if they intend to remain as just a movie stop.

    If space is still an issue, why are we going on five or six years now with Dish carrying channels like Logo and Centric in "HD", which have never been, and probably never will be, channels that intend to send an HD signal?

    Watched Night Court last night, enjoyed watching with no commercials. Can't speak to the syndicated/uncut question, I did see the beginning of Magnum P.I. and it had the 2nd opening theme for the pilot ep, though, which might tilt toward syndication.

    Saturday my wife says "Hey we got something from Dish". It was Argo, which along with Taken 2, was the extent of my queue since about January. Every so often I checked and it said high demand. The free blu rays were always just bonuses to me, since I always have had the platinum(or whatever)...

    Probably referring to the fact that Scream is a 2.35:1 movie being cropped for 16:9 TVs. Which is almost as annoying as if it was edited.
