No way does the barrel connector equal a 3dB loss, we figure 1 dB connection in our MDU schemes and have measure less than that. (assuming use of a quality compression end and HF quality barrel)

I'm thinking that owning (not leasing) a 411, DPP44, and a Dish1000 and having it all installed for $90 bucks is a pretty sweet deal.
