Does anybody with a 722 notice any delay or lag from the TV2 (uhf) remote? I'm looking to upgrade to a 722 but on my current 508 DVR I notice a pretty annoying delay from the UHF remote.

My IR remotes on other receivers are fast and button presses are noticed instantly, but there's almost a 1 or 2 second delay on the UHF remote.

Thanks!

I've noticed a huge lag (over 5 secs) going into the RF input of an ATI TV Wonder Pro NTSC tuner card in my daughter's computer. But I suspect the ATI TitanTV software. Nothing else is connected to TV2 at the moment.

You had already posted and a reply was given in the Technical Forum. Then you deleted and re-posted here.

My apologies, I've been having trouble because I originally logged in with Facebook Connect, but then they took that feature away. I tried to access my account but it was locked out cuz it was "already registered" on facebook. So i had to create and new one and blah blah blah.

Anyway, I think I'll finally call and order a 722!

Did it just start? I used to have some 'lag' from my bedroom, but I moved the antenna to the bedroom as well and it works great now. ( I connected the antenna to a spare coax in my retreat and 'backfeed' it from the other room. ) Looks a little goofy with an antenna on the wall, but works great. :D

After reading and reading about all the problems and fixes, I'm even more confused...

I just got a Vip722 with two remotes. One of them controls my "TV1" (IR) and the other "TV2" (UHF). They both work well.

I purchased 2 more remotes. (see attached picture) I want the one labeled "TV1" (IR) to control (using an IR repeater) a 3rd tv hooked up to the modulated output of TV1. I want the other one labeled "TV2" (UHF) to control a 4th tv hooked up to the modulated output of TV2.

Based on everything I included in the picture, please please tell me what I need to do! Thanks so much!!!
